About The Author

Jakub Jarosz is a cybersecurity-focused software and systems engineer. He has worked in electronics, industrial automation, education, and IT for over 30 years.He began using Go for most of his work tasks in 2019 and never looked back. He is a big fan of the Unix philosophies in The Art of UNIX Programming by Eric S. Raymond. He likes the idea that "programs must be written for people to read and only incidentally for machines to execute."Jakub is an active Go mentor on the Exercism platform. He has helped hundreds of new Go developers write safe, simple, testable code.
